Pérez y Cía. Group has entered into a strategic agreement to integrate part of its logistics companies with Martico Reefer Solutions Group, creating a new international leader in logistics.
The new group will boast an annual turnover of over €400 million, a presence in more than 22 countries, 900 professionals, 200 trucks, and 14 strategically located warehouses, establishing itself as a key player in the industry. By combining complementary strengths, it will deliver end-to-end solutions across the supply chain, with a global vision and a customer-centric approach.
This partnership leverages the strengths of both businesses, building a structure designed to provide more comprehensive services to clients.
The Group companies joining this merger include MPG, Carmar Soluciones Logísticas, Carmar Servicios Marítimos, and Copitrans. The integration will create a group dedicated to delivering value to employees while continuing to support its clients, with shared values of proximity, efficiency, and quality at its core.
Gonzalo Pérez-Maura, CEO of Pérez y Cía. Group, will also serve as CEO of the new organization. He remarked: “This merger with Martico Group is a key milestone in our long-term strategy.
