Martico Group is the result of the integration of the logistics units of Pérez y Cía. Group and Martico Reefer Solutions, and is launched as the global brand for all Freight Forwarding and Logistics activities of the group.
It brings together the capabilities of Martico Reefer Solutions and MPG Group, including its business units Martrans and MPG Aduanas, which retain their legal identity and the continuity of their relationships with customers and suppliers. Backed by more than 170 years of experience in logistics and maritime services from Pérez y Cía. Group, the new platform offers a robust international footprint and integrated solutions, with more than €400 million in revenue, presence in 23 countries and over 800 professionals.
Led by Carmen Amador, and with the continued involvement of the shareholders of Martico Reefer Solutions, the group combines specialisation in reefer and dry cargo, strong multimodal capabilities and advanced logistics solutions to deliver end-to-end services.

The Martico Group name and brand identity reflect three pillars: continuity and identity, by preserving the Martico name and its international recognition; integration and cohesion, by incorporating the term “Group” as a common umbrella for all forwarding and logistics activities; and people and commitment, placing employees, customers and partners at the centre of the project. The visual identity retains the symbol and signature blue of the former MPG logo, combined with the colours of the Pérez y Cía. Group flag, symbolising the convergence of both trajectories.
